To help you get started on Your Wicked Challenge you’ll need to use this template called My Development Roadmap.

 

 

360 Feeback

This is important to get started on ASAP as this can take some time for all your evaluators to provide their feedback.  Keep an eye on your inbox for the invite from the Leadership Circle, in order to start your evaluation (check your spam folder). Any issues email Belinda

1-up Manager Conversation
